My approach to coaching is uniquely informed by my career as a pastor, connections to nonprofit work, and my background in entrepreneurship.  I’d love to help you find joy, meaning, and success in your life and leadership. I believe that we lead from who we are, so it’s vital to have a space where we are supported and resourced in relational, spiritual, and professional growth. 

My wife and I live in Wake Forest, NC with our 3 teenagers.  My other passions include camping, mountain biking, and anything off-road.
